Vanuatu FX Dealer's in Securities License obtaining in 8 steps:

1. KYC documents preparation by the client

Please prepare the necessary KYC documents for each beneficial owner, shareholder, director, AML Officer, Alternate AML Officer (the full list could be found in the section Requirements).

2. Review of the documents by our team

Our team will review the provided KYC documentation and evaluate the experience of the individuals (applicant must have at least 5 years’ experience dealing in securities and is competent to meet the obligation of a licensee as required by VFSC). If everything is in order, FF Advisers Ltd will issue the invoice for the payment of 1st installment.

3. Payment

Complete your payment in various ways.

4. Company incorporation (less than 1 week)

Formation of Vanuatu International company.

5. Documents and forms preparation

After the company incorporation, we will proceed with preparation of the following documents:

- Resolutions, share certificate(-s), and other corporate documents
- License Application forms for signing arrangement
- Business Plan
- AML/CTF manual
- KYC Manager appointment form
- AML & CFT report
- Reporting Entity Registration Form

6. Second Payment

FF Advisers Ltd will issue the invoice for the payment of 2nd installment.

7. Licence application (from 2 to 3 weeks)

The below mentioned documents will be submitted to the Financial Services Commission:

- copies of the signed corporate documents
- copies of the signed applications for license;
- Business Plan, AML/CTF manual

This stage includes:

  • Business Adequacy, combine with all related application form
  • Evaluation of application documents by Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC)
  • Issuance of Licence and Commencement of your Business

8. Reporting Entity registration

It is carried out after the company has obtained the licences, the documents for this stage are prepared in advance (at Step 5)
