New Zealand Company incorporation package includes following:
- Name check and approval
- Structuring the company as per your requirements
- Confirmation of the identities of the shareholder(s), the currency of the share capital and the number, allocation and value of the shares to be issued
- Appointment of at least 1 local director (provided by the client or us if client use the Nominee service)
- Provision of registered office and registered address for one year
- Filling incorporation documents with the Registrar of Companies
