Required documents and data for New Zealand company formation:
- KYC documents of each shareholder, beneficial owner and director not older than 3 months in English. If it’s not in English, a certified translation is required.
- The proposed 3 company names in order of preference with ending suffix “Limited” or the abbreviation “Ltd”.
- Provide with the planned company structure (who will be the Directors and Shareholders, UBO’s, how much shares in % they will hold).
IMPORTANT!
At least one director must be a resident of New Zealand, or be a person who is a resident of Australia (who is also a director of a company registered in Australia). If necessary we can provide Nominee services.
N.B.
- If Shareholders are legal persons, it is required to submit a full set of apostilled company documents. If a company is operating more than 1 year it is required to submit a certificate of Good Standing.
- There can be no corporate director.
- If documents are not in English language or language of particular country, then they must be accompanied by a notarized translation.
