- Name check and approval;
- Structuring the company as per your requirements;
- Filling the incorporation documents with the Registrar of Companies;
- Payment of the government fee for the incorporation of a company;
- Company registration in Cyprus;
- Provision of the registered office and registered address for one year;
- Provision of the registered agent and company secretary for one year;
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing a Business Plan;
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing company's policies and procedures;
- Assisting with provision of local staff;
- Preparation of all necessary documents and application forms;
- Filing an application for the license;
- Liaising with the Regulator;
- A standard set of the original corporate documents;
- Account opening in a Bank for operational purposes;
- Delivery of the initial set of documents by the courier.
