• Notarized KYC documents of each Partner not older than 3 months in English. If it is not in English, a certified translation is required.
• The proposed 3 company names in order of preference as containing such elements as "Limited Partnership" or "LP".
• Information on the intended economic activity and objectives of the partnership.

• If a Partner/Partners are legal persons, it is required to submit a full set of apostilled company documents. If a company is operating more than 1 year it is required to submit a certificate of Good Standing.
• If documents are not in English language, they must be accompanied by a notarized translation.
