Required documents and data for Monaco company formation
- Notarized and Apostilled KYC documents of each shareholder/beneficial owner and director not older than 3 months in English. If it’s not in English, a certified translation is required.
- Personal CV/Resume.
- Completed application forms.
- The proposed 3 company names in order of preference.
- The planned company structure (who will be the Directors and Shareholders, UBO’s, how much shares in % they will hold).
- Summary of the types of business activities and an estimated first three-year turnover.
- Formal application detailing the proposed business activities in Monaco.
N.B.
- If one of the shareholders is a legal person:
- A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors agreeing to subscribe to the capital of the company.
- A personal information form for the representative of the legal person.
- A copy of the representative’s police report, not more than three months old.
- A copy of the residence permit, ID card or passport of the representative.
- A document identifying the beneficial owner.
- A copy of the entry on the Trade and Industry Register stating the objects of the company.
- In cases involving lease management, the contract or contract agreement.
- In cases involving the purchase of an existing business or tenancy rights, the transfer deed or transfer agreement.
- If documents are not in English language or language of particular country, then they must be accompanied by a notarized translation.
